George Baldonado, President and CEO
George is responsible for the general direction of the company. He began his career in the computer industry in 1973, holding various technical and management level positions in large corporations such as Pacific Bell, GTE/Verizon, Eli Lilly, and Bank of America.

In 1991, he converted his partnership and founded Oasis Technology, Inc., a California “C” Corp. He has a thorough knowledge of the computer industry and has always stayed current with Information Technology trends and changes.  His management skills and leadership capabilities have successfully steered Oasis through the boom and bust times in the IT world over the past 30 years.

Oasis has been providing programming and network support since the company’s inception.  Much of this work has included large-scale projects for both government and corporate entities.  George has been the driving force in obtaining large-scale contracts and maintaining customer relationships that span many years.

George developed Oasis’ MSP business to be the 6th largest in Ventura County.

In 2012, George came up with the idea of having an anti-hacking device that sits in front of a firewall.  This was a revolutionary idea that had not been done before.

Based on this idea, George and the Oasis technical staff developed a prototype that turned out to work so well that George decided to “productize” the device, known as TITAN.

George oversaw the development, implementation, beta testing, and customer rollout of TITAN.  During this time he also oversaw the submission and subsequent granting of THREE United States patents.

Under George’s direction, Oasis now has both a services side for traditional IT consulting work and the TITAN product line that is now installed in 26 customer sites.  At least 8 of these sites have been running TITAN since 2014.  In all TITAN installations, there has been no hack that has gotten through TITAN to the customer’s network.

Deborah Panish-Johnson, CFO

Deborah is responsible for all financial aspects of the company.  She began her Information Technology career in 1979 as a programmer.  In 1985 she joined Oasis and by the late early 1990’s was promoted to Project Manager.  She managed many of Oasis’ largest projects, including those with City National Bank, Union Bank, Security Pacific Bank, Los Angeles Public Library, and Northrop.

She kept her technical skills sharp by moving into database design, ultimately serving as co-architect of the Oasis in-house CRM system that is still being used to this day.  It is the same system that was used by Verizon for over 20 years until they sold off their wire business to Frontier Communications.

As a Project Manager, Deborah began to take on more responsibility in the financial arena, including project estimating, cash flow projections, and cost controls.  As her expertise grew, her understanding of business operations and financial management resulted in the sustained growth of Oasis Technology.  This was especially significant during the downturn in IT services that occurred after Y2K.

Deborah structured the capitalization program that enabled Oasis to grow without any outside investment.

In 2012, she began the capitalization program that enabled Oasis to develop, test, patent, market, and roll-out the TITAN anti-hacking device.  This program was also achieved with no outside investment.  It was funded solely by the income from the services side of Oasis Technology.
